About the role
TL;DR
Product Owner to improve customer experience across various touchpoints.
- •We are looking for a Product Owner to take accountability for a distinct segment of the customer journey and make it measurably better week after week.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the business and customer metrics for your agreed part of the journey.
- •Talk to customers weekly through interviews, home visits, customer care shadowing, and feedback channels.
- •Translate the product vision into explicit problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- •Design A/B tests with clear hypotheses and pre-defined kill metrics.
- •Query product analytics and the data warehouse directly using SQL.
- •Requirements 3+ years owning a consumer product backlog on web or native apps as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- •Strong SQL proficiency and experience designing and reading A/B tests.
- •Experience using AI tooling to build prototypes.
- •Strong persuasion and communication skills.
- •Fluent English is required.
- •Conversational Czech, German, or Hungarian is a plus.
