About the role
TL;DR
Lead group-wide labor procurement strategy and operations across five European markets.
- •As Head of Labour Procurement, you will design and lead Rohlik Group's sourcing and commercial strategy for external workforce services across five European markets.
- •This is a build role where you will establish the category strategy, commercial governance, and scalable procurement processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute the Group's procurement strategy for external workforce services.
- •Run tenders and lead negotiations at an executive level.
- •Establish commercial architecture and cost governance for the category, driving cost transparency and savings.
- •Embed AI, digital procurement tools, and analytics for spend visibility and process automation.
- •Monitor market trends, labour regulation, and pricing across CEE and DACH.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related field; Master's preferred. 8-10+ years of experience in senior procurement, workforce/staffing, or category management roles.
- •Proven track record running large tenders and negotiating labour or service contracts at an executive level.
- •Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with comfort in AI and digital procurement tools.
- •Excellent stakeholder management skills, operating between Finance, Operations, and HR.
