- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in online Trust & Safety and/or Product Policy.
- •Background in content policy development for global platforms, with a focus on regional policy.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex issues and propose policy paths.
- •Strong product/technical understanding for creative problem-solving.
- •Experience working directly with senior company leaders and presenting to executives.
- •Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- •Experience with Classificação Indicativa (ClassInd) and/or the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC).
