- •Risk Ledger is developing a network of connected organisations to defend against cybersecurity attacks in the supply chain.
- •We are looking for an Engineering Manager to focus on the delivery of high-quality software and the progression of their team.
- •Key Responsibilities Enable teams by supporting their goals, removing blockers, and helping them measure performance.
- •Build strong product partnerships with Product Managers to balance technical investment with new feature development.
- •Provide ongoing coaching to engineers and establish a culture of constructive feedback.
- •Lead hiring and retention efforts to build diverse, skilled teams.
- •Foster cross-functional collaboration and lead complex, cross-team projects.
- •Requirements Expert communicator capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments and managing delivery constraints.
- •Customer-focused leader with a proven track record of managing technical teams to deliver pragmatic solutions.
- •Leveraged technical background to coach engineers and drive engineering best practices, including agile methodologies.
- •Embody servant leadership, demonstrating a humble and considerate approach to teamwork.
