About the role
TL;DR
Own core product areas powering AI-driven conversations, defining roadmaps and driving execution.
- •As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of core product areas that power millions of AI-driven conversations.
- •You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to define the roadmap, drive execution, and ensure we’re shipping products that are fast, reliable, intuitive and worthy of becoming the industry standard.
- •Key Responsibilities Own customer outcomes for core product areas such as voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and AI-driven automation.
- •Develop deep customer understanding by spending time with users, reviewing call transcripts, and engaging directly with customers.
- •Author clear, outcome-driven PRDs that define the customer problem, requirements, and proposed solution concepts.
- •Partner closely with engineering to design scalable solutions, evaluating tradeoffs through the lens of customer value and platform health.
- •Drive cross-functional execution by planning, sequencing, and tracking product initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, ideally building B2B, product-led growth (PLG) products.
- •Comfortable in high-velocity startup environments and energized by ambiguity and fast iteration.

- •Strong cross-functional collaborator, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and other partners.
- •Experience working on AI products is a plus, with voice AI experience a strong advantage.
