- •The Safety Coordinator is an entry-level hourly position responsible for implementing and coordinating Rent the Runway's Safety Program at a fulfillment center.
- •This role involves ensuring a safe work environment, conducting training, and acting as a servant leader to support associates.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits to identify compliance issues and safety risks.
- •Facilitate incident investigations and risk assessments.
- •Ensure compliance with safety programs and applicable laws.
- •Train and assist operations staff on safety responsibilities.
- •Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental, Ergonomics, or related field. 1+ year of experience in safety or environmental programs.
- •Bilingual in Spanish.
- •Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
