TL;DR
Build customer community, drive engagement, and generate demand through marketing initiatives.
- •As Customer Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for building and nurturing a community of customers, fostering engagement, advocating for customer needs, generating demand for our products, and driving brand loyalty and growth through innovative initiatives.
- •You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to showcase real-world impact and bring customer narratives to life.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage customer stories including case studies, testimonials, videos, and quotes.
- •Plan, execute, and manage customer-focused marketing campaigns across email, web, social, webinars, and events.
- •Support lifecycle marketing initiatives such as onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upsell campaigns.
- •Track campaign performance and share insights to optimize future efforts.
- •Create a sense of belonging and connection among customers, enhancing the customer experience.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or applicable experience. 2-3 years experience in marketing, with an understanding of different channels and initiatives.
- •Experience in education as an educator or administrator preferred.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data.
