- •As a Data Analyst in the Sortation & First Mile squad, you will own the analytics for these critical domains, influencing scheduling, volume management, and operational improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Investigate cost per parcel and identify savings opportunities.
- •Track operative performance and monitor robot efficiency.
- •Build models for workforce planning and analyze injection volumes.
- •Define KPIs and build dashboards for sortation and first mile performance.
- •Collaborate with commercial teams on volume limits and operational stability.
- •Requirements Fluent in SQL and experienced with BI tools.
- •Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to navigate messy operational data.
- •Comfortable working with operations teams and embedding analysis into daily workflows.
- •At least 3 years of experience, ideally with some exposure to logistics.
- •Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
