About the role
TL;DR
Develop and manage key account partnerships to drive business growth and customer success.
- •Develop and manage mutually beneficial partnerships between Refeyn and named key accounts globally.
- •Build strong relationships to achieve "trusted partner" status.
- •Key Responsibilities Build comprehensive account profiles for named accounts worldwide, gathering business intelligence on site functions, key personnel, and existing technologies.
- •Develop deep understanding of client needs and build strong relationships to co-develop solutions, products, and services.
- •Act as the primary communication channel between Refeyn and key accounts across all departments.
- •Develop long-term strategies for client retention and ensure all global opportunities are captured and understood within the CRM.
- •Requirements BSc or Masters in biochemistry, molecular biology, biophysics, or related field; PhD advantageous.
- •Extensive experience selling scientific capital equipment/analytical instruments to R&D environments.
- •Experience selling into the GMP/Bioprocessing market.
- •Advanced knowledge of selling strategies and CRM (Salesforce).
- •Demonstrable experience of hunting new business and leading successful negotiations.
