About the role
TL;DR
Coordinate swag sourcing, ordering, and delivery for global clients.
- •As a Production Specialist at Reachdesk, you will work directly with our Swag Sourcing team to coordinate the sourcing, ordering and delivering of personalized Swag to some of the largest businesses across the globe.
- •You will be responsible for making sure Swag matches client expectations through getting proofs and approvals and you will be responsible for working with our manufacturers to ensure these items arrive on time.
- •Key Responsibilities Work directly with our Project Lead on the end to end process of sourcing swag, from generating personalized products to delivering these goods directly to Reachdesk’s 1000's of global clients.
- •Coordinate orders across multiple vendors, crosschecking against POs to ensure pricing, shipping and decoration information is correct.
- •Collaborate with suppliers to create proofs, ensuring these receive client approval.
- •Fulfilling product delivery by building shipping notices, scheduling delivery dates and coordinating with our suppliers.
- •Mange order details and billing throughout production to ensure order accuracy.
- •Requirements 2 years or more in the branded merchandise industry.
- •Expertise using CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, or other promotional product softwares.
- •Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or other vector artwork softwares.
- •Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or other sales CRM platforms.
- •A strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate these to clients.
