About the role
TL;DR
Manage patient recruitment and engagement initiatives for clinical trials, ensuring timely delivery and effective patient involvement.
- •This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the center of Blackbird's Patient-Centered Innovation team, partnering to move projects from strategy to delivery across the patient engagement lifecycle.
- •You will be responsible for making strategies real by developing materials, managing timelines, coordinating vendors, and engaging with patients.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the build-out and management of central recruitment campaigns, tracking performance and flagging risks.
- •Coordinate recruitment vendors and digital marketing partners, managing timelines and deliverables.
- •Draft and produce recruitment materials, translating technical content into clear language for patients.
- •Aggregate and summarize patient insights into actionable deliverables for senior team members and portfolio companies.
- •Own the operational backbone of the team, maintaining project trackers and coordinating timelines.
- •Requirements 4–6 years of experience in clinical trial recruitment, patient engagement, patient advocacy, or clinical operations.
- •Demonstrated success delivering projects end-to-end on time with high attention to detail.
- •Working knowledge of clinical trial design, execution, and completion.
- •Proven ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
- •Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, generative AI tools, Notion, and SmartSheet.
