- •Raisin is seeking a Head of Payment Operations US to lead their core payments function through an expansion phase.
- •This role involves scaling existing infrastructure and designing/launching new payment rail operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the payment operations strategy for Raisin’s U.S. business.
- •Build operational roadmaps to support new product and payment rail expansions.
- •Own continuous multi-party reconciliation across internal ledgers and external partners.
- •Oversee the strategy and operationalization of money movement flows for new payment rails.
- •Serve as the primary operational partner for Service Banks, Custodial Banks, and network operators.
- •Requirements 10+ years of leadership in payment operations, treasury operations, fintech, or digital banking.
- •Proven hands-on operational experience across multiple payment rails (ACH, Wires, RTP/FedNow, Card Issuing/Processing).
- •Deep expertise in general ledger reconciliation, multi-bank settlement environments, and operational control frameworks.
- •Track record of partnering with Product and Engineering to design, operationalize, and launch new payment products.
- •A hands-on, entrepreneurial operator who excels in fast-scaling, complex fintech environments.
