- •Rain is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own their onchain surface, the critical blockchain layer for their stablecoin payments platform.
- •This role is responsible for smart contracts, protocol design, chain and asset integrations, and the underlying infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the roadmap for Rain's onchain product, driving it end-to-end.
- •Partner with engineering on protocol and infrastructure tradeoffs, translating them into product decisions.
- •Decide which chains, assets, and stablecoins Rain supports based on various considerations.
- •Drive the security bar for onchain work, including audits, monitoring, and incident response.
- •Translate complex blockchain infrastructure into intuitive product surfaces and clear documentation.
- •Requirements 8-10 years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products from zero-to-one.
- •Deep, hands-on blockchain fluency, including EVM and Solana mechanics, smart contract design, and gas economics.
- •Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor.
- •A senior, autonomous operator who can define problems, drive plans, and own outcomes.
- •Sound instincts on onchain security and risk.
