•Negotiate commercial contracts for AI solutions.
•Design and implement a comprehensive privacy program compliant with HIPAA.
•Build scalable legal processes and infrastructure.
•Requirements Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years focused on negotiating commercial contracts and tech transactions.
•Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution and active U.S. state bar membership.
•Background in healthcare technology or artificial intelligence.
•Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and shape legal strategies in emerging fields.
•Strong track record of building cross-functional relationships.
