TL;DR
Develop and optimize the PAT Assist product for pre-admission testing workflows.
- •Join our PAT Assist team to shape our Perioperative Care Coordination solution using assistants to automate and streamline pre-admission testing workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of pre-admission testing workflows, hospital operations, and user needs.
- •Collaborate with engineers and product management to define and refine product requirements.
- •Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product.
- •Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback.
- •Ensure a seamless user experience that balances simplicity, rigor, and delight.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in product engineering.
- •Proven track record in delivering engineering solutions in a fast-paced remote startup environment.
- •Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- •Hands-on fullstack experience with Python and TypeScript/React.
- •A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail.
- •Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems.
