- •Monitor engagement and outcome data to ensure pilot conversion to paid contracts.
- •Channel client feedback into product roadmap discussions.
- •Build the implementation playbook and prepare for handoff to the Delivery team.
- •Requirements 5+ years of client-facing experience in healthcare SaaS, consulting, or provider organizations.
- •Polished executive presence and exceptional communication skills.
- •High comfort with ambiguity and strong flexibility in a shaping role.
- •Ability to translate AI capabilities into meaningful clinical and operational impact.
- •Familiarity with EHR systems.
