- •Serve as a premier strategic advisor and domain leader for Quantum Metric’s most complex, high-impact enterprise accounts.
- •Shape how clients leverage technology by developing productized service offerings and pioneering domain-specific AI automations.
- •Key Responsibilities Advise and align with senior stakeholders, navigating complex organizational landscapes.
- •Act as the go-to subject matter expert, advising on high-stakes client engagements and leveraging AI to automate analytical workflows.
- •Define, scale, and automate value delivery, translating deep quantitative insights into strategic business outcomes.
- •Synthesize deep quantitative data into macro-level digital and omnichannel optimization strategies.
- •Requirements Deep specialized domain expertise in Site Observability, Contact & Call Center Optimization, or Internal Applications & Employee Experience.
- •Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to streamline processes and automate analytical workflows.
- •Proficient in SQL and data engineering pipelines. 8+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, product management, or consulting.
