- •Join Proxima Fusion's Enterprise AI team to prototype, integrate and ship AI tools embedded in host workstreams, accelerating AI adoption across the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Discover high-leverage AI use cases by shadowing host teams.
- •Prototype and ship lightweight AI solutions (agents, LLM workflows) in Python.
- •Integrate tools with Proxima's AI stack (Claude, Cursor, MCP endpoints).
- •Iterate with users, measure impact, and deploy solutions to host teams.
- •Document work and share learnings across the AI team and company.
- •Requirements Solid foundation in Python.
- •Interest and experience with LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, or GenAI tools.
- •Bias to ship and ability to prototype quickly.
- •Strong collaboration and communication across multidisciplinary teams.
- •Ability to work on-site in Munich as a working student or intern.
