TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve core visibility platforms.
- •Join project44's Visibility Platform team in Amsterdam as a Senior Software Engineer.
- •You will help build and evolve the core engineering foundation that powers all of project44's visibility products, transforming logistics data into real-time insights.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and evolve core platforms for event ingestion, milestone computation, and notifications.
- •Design event-driven systems for high-throughput carrier data processing.
- •Own reliability, performance, and scalability of team-operated platforms.
- •Partner with modal engineering teams to expose platform capabilities.
- •Share ownership of software delivery, including development, operations, and testing.
- •Requirements 5+ years of professional experience building large-scale, real-time cloud systems.
- •Strong programming and debugging skills in Java Backend.
- •Experience with high-scale systems (high event throughput, low latency, high availability).
