- •Prefect is seeking a UI-focused Product Engineer to join the Horizon team.
- •This role will own the user experience of an enterprise-grade MCP gateway, translating complex governance concepts into intuitive interfaces.
- •You will be a key partner in shaping the product's direction and user interaction.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end UI and product features, from problem definition to polished experience.
- •Set the standard for user interaction and information architecture within Horizon.
- •Develop deep front-end craft using TypeScript and React, directing AI development tools.
- •Collaborate closely with the team to ensure shared product and UX direction.
- •Translate enterprise needs into understandable and intuitive user experiences.
- •Requirements 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a front-end focus.
- •Demonstrated success shipping intuitive user-facing products in ambiguous environments.
- •Deep front-end craft in TypeScript, React, and modern UI libraries.
- •Strong product and UX judgment, thinking in user flows and information architecture.
- •Comfortable across the full stack, with a focus on the product surface.
