- •Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a high-impact Regional Business Director to lead field execution and drive commercial performance across a defined geography.
- •This leader will be responsible for managing and developing a team of field professionals while ensuring alignment with enterprise commercial strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales professionals to achieve and exceed commercial objectives.
- •Drive execution of a unified commercial strategy across the region in alignment with enterprise priorities.
- •Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Market Access to deliver coordinated customer engagement.
- •Support field readiness and execution across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
- •Drive performance through clear goal setting, KPI tracking, and ongoing coaching.
- •Requirements 5+ years of sales and/or strategic account management leadership within CNS or specialty pharmaceutical environments.
- •Demonstrated direct people management experience.
- •Proven CNS or specialty product launch experience, including participation in a full commercial launch cycle.
- •Experience operating in agile, fast-moving organizations; biotech or emerging pharma preferred.
- •Ability to perform effectively in high-expectation, scaling environments.
