- •Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking a Commercial Execution Architect to design, implement, and optimize capabilities that drive field performance.
- •This role will ensure the field organization is equipped with the right targets, incentives, data, and insights to execute effectively.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the development and management of field force KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking.
- •Design, implement, and administer incentive compensation plans.
- •Own quarterly targeting and segmentation processes.
- •Partner with Commercial Leadership to translate strategy into field execution frameworks.
- •Deliver actionable insights and analytics to improve field effectiveness.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, sales operations, or field force effectiveness.
- •Deep expertise in incentive compensation design and administration.
- •Strong experience with targeting, segmentation, and field analytics.
- •Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- •Ability to operate effectively in agile, fast-moving biotech environments.
