TL;DR
Analyze and manage the sales deal cycle, ensuring accurate quotes and order forms.
- •Postman is seeking a passionate and highly driven Senior Deal Operations Analyst to join the Deal Operations team.
- •This role will work collaboratively with sales, Finance, Legal, Renewals and Orders teams in the deal cycle, ensuring compliance with Postman policies and processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Create and review quotes and order forms for sales deals.
- •Process bookings review of customer orders and assist in the complete order cycle.
- •Support internal and external customers with order booking and tracking.
- •Assist with non-standard, custom, or complex deal structures.
- •Accurately enter and review deal information in Salesforce.
- •Requirements Experience with Quote to Cash in Salesforce CPQ Tool.
- •Experience with back-office operations and order processing.
- •Strong working knowledge in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
- •Extremely detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
- •Ability to learn internal business technology quickly.
