- •Collaborate with Product Managers and data specialists to implement high-performance technical systems.
- •Establish development guidelines and lead design and architecture reviews.
- •Mentor and guide fellow engineers through hands-on collaboration and deep code reviews.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
- •Strong coding fundamentals in backend technologies such as Go, Python, Java, etc.
- •Experience leveraging AI coding agents and implementing AI-oriented workflows.
- •Production-grade experience with AWS, containerization, microservices, and distributed databases/data warehouses.
- •Practical experience working with large data volumes, data pipelines, or integrating AI/LLM technologies into production environments.
- •Demonstrated experience leading technical workflows and driving complex cross-team initiatives.
- •Ability to build technical consensus, inspire peers, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
