- •Collaborate with Product Managers and data specialists to translate roadmaps into technical systems.
- •Promote engineering excellence through guidelines, reviews, and code quality standards.
- •Mentor fellow engineers through hands-on collaboration and architectural consultation.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering with large-scale cloud systems.
- •Proficiency in backend technologies like Go, Python, or Java.
- •Experience leveraging AI coding agents and AI-oriented workflows.
- •Production-grade experience with AWS, Kubernetes/Docker, microservices, and distributed databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
- •Practical experience with large data volumes, data pipelines, or integrating AI/LLM technologies.
