- •Key Responsibilities Own the definition and integrity of core business metrics, establishing a single source of truth.
- •Lead end-to-end deep-dive analyses on high-stakes questions, from problem framing to actionable recommendations.
- •Design and interpret experiments and causal analyses to quantify tradeoffs and elasticities.
- •Serve as an embedded analytical partner to senior leaders, proactively surfacing insights.
- •Translate business logic into documented metric definitions and a semantic layer for self-serve analytics.
- •Requirements 8+ years in analytics, data science, or a quantitative decision-science role with a track record of influencing business decisions.
- •Deep SQL expertise and warehouse fluency (Snowflake and dbt a plus).
- •Strong statistical foundation in causal inference, experimentation, and regression.
- •Exceptional at framing ambiguous problems and communicating findings crisply to senior, non-technical stakeholders.
- •A track record of influencing decisions without formal authority and elevating team members.
