Senior Analytics Engineer to provide data insights for better business decisions.
- •As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Upsun, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's decision-making capabilities by providing deep insights into customers and internal operations.
- •You will leverage large datasets to create clear, actionable insights that drive product improvements and strategic choices.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and build data models using DBT and medallion architecture to transform raw data into valuable metrics and data products.
- •Define, set up, and track key business metrics to measure product success.
- •Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements, share methodologies, and promote data best practices.
- •Lead data modeling projects, selecting appropriate tools and planning project execution.
- •Requirements Strong experience with SQL and DBT in production environments, along with proficiency in Python, Git, and CI/CD.
- •Solid experience building data models for large datasets (up to petabytes) on cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
- •A curious mindset with a passion for exploring new tools, learning new technologies, and finding simple solutions to complex problems.
