Serve as the primary trusted advisor for a portfolio of regional fleet customers.
- •Platform Science is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Regional Account Manager to join our growing Mid-Market Accounts team.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- •Understand customer business goals, operational challenges, and long-term technology strategies.
- •Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
- •Help customers maximize adoption of Platform Science solutions and applications.
- •Lead regular business reviews focused on measurable outcomes and ROI.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS Sales.
- •Experience managing mid-market or enterprise customer relationships.
- •Proven success driving customer retention, renewals, and account growth.
- •Comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and leading strategic customer conversations.
