- •Plasma is building the primary account for global money, creating a new financial infrastructure with stablecoins.
- •This role is for a fullstack engineer to own product and client-side surfaces within one of Plasma's engineering teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own product and client-side surfaces end-to-end in React and React Native.
- •Ensure performance, responsiveness, and trustworthy interactions for financial data.
- •Design and build systems including state management and data schema design.
- •Partner closely with product and design from concept to implementation.
- •Own reliability and graceful handling of failures in a financial product.
- •Requirements Mid-level to senior, hands-on fullstack engineer with a track record of shipping production systems.
- •Strong product sense and ability to identify and fix usability issues.
- •Comfortable taking product surfaces from zero to one and scaling them.
- •Strong judgment on tradeoffs between speed, polish, abstraction, and simplicity.
- •Clear communication, clean code writing, and ability to lead technical and product decisions.
