TL;DR
Advise strategic customers on fraud prevention and authentication solutions, driving value realization.
- •Serve as a trusted advisor to Pindrop’s most strategic customers, guiding them through the full lifecycle of Pindrop’s platform to maximize value and ensure successful outcomes in fraud prevention and authentication.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead complex client engagements, assessing needs and defining solutions.
- •Conduct workshops and executive briefings on best practices for authentication and fraud prevention.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
- •Analyze client processes and recommend solutions for operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
- •Requirements 7+ years of consulting, technical account management, or customer-facing technical roles.
- •Expertise in enterprise architecture, authentication, fraud risk, or voice-driven technologies.
- •Outstanding client relationship skills and comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders.
