- •Pigment is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join their Support team.
- •This role will focus on managing a high-volume category of Technical Operations tickets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute structured workflows for technical operations tickets.
- •Manage repeatable operational requests like workspace provisioning and SSO configuration.
- •Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability.
- •Provide outstanding customer service and surface recurring issues to product teams.
- •Educate customers and internal teams on Pigment usage.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Support Operations, Product Operations, Customer Operations, or FP&A.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •Proven ability to deliver accurate, detail-oriented work.
- •Experience quickly learning new software and technologies.
- •Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues.
