TL;DR
Support Sales, CS, and Ops with Salesforce automations and AI-powered workflows.
- •Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to build and maintain Salesforce, automations, and AI-powered GTM workflows to support Sales, CS, and Ops in a hybrid NYC role.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Salesforce automations, Flows, LWC, custom objects, and Apex logic.
- •Create and monitor production automations in n8n and similar tools.
- •Deploy AI into live GTM workflows and integrate with systems.
- •Support lead/opportunity routing, deal desk operations, and CRM accuracy.
- •Build dashboards, reports, and serve as frontline operational resource.
- •Requirements 3+ years at a tech company, ideally 1+ year as a Salesforce admin.
- •Hands-on Salesforce experience with Flows, LWC, and/or Apex.
- •Experience building AI systems/workflows (practical AI fluency).
- •Exposure to automation tools (n8n) and GTM stack (Outreach, Gong).
- •Strong analytical skills and ownership mindset.
