TL;DR
Build and manage PermitFlow's statewide HERS/ECC compliance network in California.
- •PermitFlow is seeking an experienced operator to build and manage its statewide HERS/ECC compliance network in California.
- •This is a critical role for scaling the company's operations in a key market.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own the statewide ECC-Rater network, contracting with qualified rater firms across major CA metros.
- •Manage relationships with CA ECC Provider registries (CHEERS and Golden State Registry).
- •Develop and run the Quality Assurance (QA) program for the rater network.
- •Act as the technical voice in enterprise sales calls related to HERS/ECC compliance.
- •Monitor the HERS-to-ECC transition and its implications for operations.
- •Requirements Proven experience running a HERS/ECC operation, understanding rater market dynamics and unit economics.
- •Established relationships within the California rater market (Sacramento, Bay Area, LA, San Diego).
- •Experience building and managing multi-vendor networks of inspectors or raters.
- •Technical credibility to speak authoritatively about HERS/ECC testing workflows and rater capacity.
