- •Perchwell is seeking an experienced Android engineer to contribute to all stages of mobile application development.

- •Key Responsibilities Build and scale Perchwell’s Android app, delivering fast, stable, and intuitive mobile experiences.
- •Lead Android initiatives from technical design through launch, ensuring quality and driving execution.
- •Contribute to Android architecture decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and testability.
- •Collaborate closely with backend, product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- •Requirements 4-6 years of professional Android development experience with Kotlin and the modern Android ecosystem.
- •Proven track record of owning and delivering features from design through release.
- •Solid understanding of mobile reliability and scalability, with experience resolving issues.
- •Experience contributing to technical direction and architectural decisions.
- •Strong customer empathy and excellent communication skills.
