- •People.ai is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision and roadmap for their AI-powered foundational data platform.
- •This role focuses on enhancing go-to-market success through improved pipeline visibility and actionable insights.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and drive the Matching and Activity Capture roadmap, focusing on quality, triage, and enhancements.
- •Lead CRM Integration roadmap execution across Salesforce, Dynamics, and emerging connectors.
- •Represent platform capabilities in customer-facing settings and develop enablement messaging.
- •Instrument roadmap areas with clear success metrics and establish feedback loops.
- •Requirements 6-10 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role.
- •Deep familiarity with enterprise data systems: CRMs, data lakes/warehouses, event pipelines, API integration patterns, and data modeling.
- •Demonstrated experience building platform-layer products.
- •Strong data analysis skills and experience in technically complex domains.
