About the role
TL;DR
Manage technical programs, drive SDLC execution, and oversee stakeholder alignment.
- •We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with 4-5 years of experience driving technical programs within engineering teams.
- •The ideal candidate has strong command of SDLC processes, is fluent with Atlassian tooling, and has a track record of managing stakeholders across product, engineering, and senior leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and drive execution of technical programs across the full SDLC.
- •Own sprint planning, backlog grooming support, release schedules, and cross-team dependency tracking.
- •Configure, maintain, and drive adoption of Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools.
- •Partner closely with product managers, engineering leads, and senior leadership to align on priorities and timelines.
- •Track, analyze, and report team and program productivity metrics.
- •Requirements 4-5 years of experience in project/program management, with a significant portion managing technical programs for engineering teams.
- •Strong working knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).
- •Hands-on, day-to-day experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), including dashboard and workflow configuration.
- •Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders across product, technology, and senior leadership.
- •Proven ability to define, track, and report productivity and delivery metrics.
