TL;DR
Lead AI product development for Paytm's UPI ecosystem, building autonomous AI agents.
- •We are looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the development of Agentic AI solutions for Paytm's UPI ecosystem.
- •The role focuses on building intelligent, autonomous AI agents that enhance payment experiences, automate customer support, detect fraud, provide personalized financial insights, and optimize payment success rates.
- •Key Responsibilities Define product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered UPI experiences.
- •Build autonomous AI agents for payments, dispute resolution, customer assistance, and transaction recommendations.
- •Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Risk teams to deliver AI-first products.
- •Leverage LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation to improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
- •Drive experimentation using analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing.
- •Requirements 3–8 years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Payments, or AI products.
- •Understanding of UPI, digital payments, and banking ecosystems.
- •Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and AI product development.
- •Strong analytical skills with SQL and product analytics tools.
- •Excellent stakeholder management and execution capabilities.
