TL;DR
Support internal communications, employee engagement, and content creation initiatives.
- •We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Intern to join our team.
- •The intern will support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, internal communication campaigns, events and content creation across various channels.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting and publishing internal communication mailers, announcements and updates.
- •Create engaging content for internal platforms, newsletters and employee communication channels.
- •Create and edit short videos, reels and other visual content for internal communication and engagement campaigns.
- •Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, workshops and wellness initiatives.
- •Assist with event preparation, coordination, employee participation, vendor coordination and logistics.
- •Requirements Strong interest in video editing and content creation.
- •Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- •Good written and verbal communication skills.
- •Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- •Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets.
