- •Join Payflows as a Product Implementation Specialist, a hands-on role for ambitious individuals at the start of their careers.
- •You will help enterprise clients onboard and succeed on our AI-native Finance OS platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Support customer onboarding through kickoffs, training, and setup calls.
- •Guide users through the platform, explaining workflows and best practices.
- •Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams for alignment and issue resolution.
- •Track progress and key milestones, keeping teams and clients informed.
- •Gather and share customer feedback for product and process improvements.
- •Requirements Assist with customer onboarding and training sessions.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
- •Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- •Gather and relay customer feedback to product teams.
- •Develop a deep understanding of enterprise finance processes and SaaS delivery.
