Manage UK warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- •Pattern is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations in the UK.
- •This role is responsible for ensuring seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- •Key Responsibilities Full site management including scheduling of goods receipts and processing volumes.
- •Financial responsibility for the site's budget and P&L, and building an experienced FTE team.
- •Managing key resource suppliers to dynamically flex the team based on business demands and seasonal volumes.
- •Driving operational excellence and continuous improvements to support business evolution.
- •Sourcing and managing consumable providers, including continuous cost negotiation.
- •Setting SLAs and tracking KPIs.
- •Collaborating with the Merchandise Planning team on forecasted volumes and shipping priorities.
- •Requirements Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management, including full site P&L responsibility.
- •Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- •Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
- •Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics software, and best practices.
- •Strong understanding of and background in Lean Six Sigma methods.
- •Effective communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- •Fluent in English.
