Lead operational infrastructure for partner success in Europe, leveraging AI and automation.
- •The Associate Director of Partner Experience leads the operational infrastructure for Pattern's India-based ecommerce team in Europe, focusing on AI, automation, and data visualization to drive brand performance and accelerate partner success.
- •This role has significant latitude to shape its own direction and impact global partner experience scaling.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of 15+ India-based eCommerce Project Managers.
- •Design and implement scalable workflows, service intake structures, and SOPs.
- •Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance visibility and data-driven decision-making.
- •Identify and automate operational tasks using AI in collaboration with Tech & Automation teams.
- •Requirements Proven experience managing operational teams, ideally with offshore teams.
- •Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira.
- •Strong understanding of SLA frameworks and service intake models.
- •Data-driven mindset with experience building and interpreting operational dashboards.
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for global, cross-timezone teams.
