- •Key Responsibilities Own recruiting across G&A and marketing, running full-cycle hiring for finance, legal, operations, and marketing roles.
- •Partner directly with hiring managers and founders to define role scope, build interview loops, and calibrate what "great" looks like.
- •Drive sourcing and outbound for hard-to-fill and senior roles, manage candidates through close, and build hiring systems.
- •Report on pipeline health and hiring velocity directly to leadership.
- •Requirements Experience running full-cycle recruiting at an early-stage company and owning a function end to end.
- •Experience with G&A searches (finance, legal) and marketing roles.
- •Proven ability to write outbound that gets responses and close candidates.
- •Ability to move fast in a high-growth environment.
