TL;DR
Develop backend software for autonomous rail vehicles.
- •Join Parallel Systems to help build train control software for autonomous rail vehicles.
- •Key Responsibilities Implement and extend backend features for train control applications.
- •Develop and maintain system-level software written primarily in Rust.
- •Improve the reliability and correctness of existing code by finding and fixing edge cases.
- •Write and test code that meets safety, security, and compliance standards.
- •Debug and diagnose issues in simulation and on real hardware.
- •Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- •Requirements Curiosity and a willingness to learn a deep domain.
- •Prior rail experience is not required.
- •Strong understanding of train control concepts.
- •Experience with system-level software development.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
