Account Executive to engage property owners and expand the PadSplit marketplace.
- •PadSplit is hiring an Account Executive to expand its marketplace by engaging traditional property owners to become PadSplit Hosts.
- •This role is critical in helping homeowners unlock additional income and addressing housing affordability in the Charlotte, North Carolina market.
- •Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads for potential property owners.
- •Conduct outreach via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- •Deliver tailored value propositions on PadSplit's model and technology.
- •Build and nurture trust-based relationships with property owners.
- •Close deals and guide property owners through the onboarding process.
- •Requirements Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, particularly in real estate or property management.
- •Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for relationship building.
- •Self-discipline and motivation to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
- •Familiarity with real estate investing, rental markets, and property management.
- •Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
