Software Engineer to enhance developer experience with AI tools.
- •Join Padoa as a Software Engineer focused on AI Developer Experience (DevEx).
- •You will be part of the Enabling AI squad, tasked with equipping developers with AI tools and making our codebase "agent-ready".
- •Key Responsibilities Implement generative AI solutions to improve developer efficiency and quality.
- •Transform codebases to enable agentic development across services.
- •Participate in technical design, architecture choices, and implementation debates.
- •Monitor AI tools for quality, cost, and latency.
- •Produce maintainable and well-tested code.
- •Requirements 4-6 years of FullStack development experience.
- •Strong interest in generative AI, DevOps, and data science.
- •Solid understanding of data processing, code optimization, and algorithms.
- •Knowledge of modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
