- •Padoa is seeking a freelance Data Engineer to lead a strategic technical migration.
- •You will transition data pipelines from an ETL model to a scalable ELT model, focusing on industrializing the process for approximately 150 resources.
- •Key Responsibilities Migrate existing Python/Pandas transformations to SQL via DBT on PostgreSQL.
- •Contribute to the new loader for direct batch insertions, replacing API insertions.
- •Replicate the validated architecture across all resources, prioritizing complex cases.
- •Collaborate with the platform squad while remaining 100% dedicated to the migration.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering or data-oriented Software Engineering.
- •Strong SQL, Python, and TypeScript skills.
- •Experience or strong understanding of data pipelines and data migration projects.
- •Ability to adopt an existing architecture and execute it.
- •Autonomy on framed technical tasks and rigor on data consistency checks.
