TL;DR
Senior Solutions Architect to enable software vendors to build customer experiences with Paddle.
- •Paddle offers SaaS companies a payments infrastructure solution, acting as a Merchant of Record.
- •We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing Sales team and help leading software vendors build incredible customer experiences with Paddle.
- •Key Responsibilities Become an expert on the Paddle product suite, including checkout, dashboard, and APIs.
- •Communicate confidently with C-suite and senior developers to support them in building incredible experiences.
- •Build integration plans and sample code with sellers to assist them in implementing their own Paddle integration.
- •Support Account Executives on customer calls and work with Account Managers for smooth customer onboarding.
- •Act as a product expert and communicate issues/feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.
- •Requirements Proven experience in sales engineering or solutions architecture with complex, enterprise-level clients.
- •Solid experience in various technologies, including full/partial stack development, development frameworks, common API interfaces, and integration tools.
- •Experience using and integrating APIs.
- •Demonstrated expertise in payments, accounting practices, and/or subscription management is ideal.
- •Strong interpersonal and customer management skills.
