- •Paddle is seeking an ambitious Senior Product Manager to drive the development of its Seller Dashboard.
- •This role is key to understanding, nurturing, and innovating within the dashboard to support business growth and deliver market-leading experiences for SaaS businesses.
- •Key Responsibilities Build a vision for Paddle's Seller Dashboard, incorporating market trends and technological innovations.
- •Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, product designers) to manage the end-to-end product development process.
- •Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
- •Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- •Requirements Specific experience in building product experiences within fintech or SaaS, including onboarding journeys and AI experiences.
- •Proven experience as a Product Manager working in cross-functional teams.
- •Experience shipping AI-powered features into a live product.
- •Experience working with analytics platforms to draw insights from data and use them in product development.
- •Comfortable with technical concepts and working closely with engineers.
