- •Oyster is seeking a Vendor Relationship Manager to strengthen its global vendor ecosystem, focusing on Health & Safety and Compliance vendors.
- •This role involves building strong relationships with external providers to ensure reliable, high-quality services that support Oyster's mission of simplifying global employment.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day relationships with Health & Safety and Compliance vendors.
- •Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying improvement opportunities.
- •Act as a point of contact for vendor-related operational issues and escalations.
- •Partner with internal teams to improve vendor-supported processes and customer experience.
- •Support vendor lifecycle management, including onboarding and performance tracking.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Partner Management, Operations, or a related function.
- •Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- •Experience monitoring vendor performance and managing operational issues.
- •Ability to analyze data and translate insights into improvements.
- •Comfortable managing ambiguity and working in a scaling environment.
