About the role
TL;DR
Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers in the Americas.
- •Lead a team of Customer Success Managers in the Americas, ensuring customer retention and growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 CSMs across West and East AMER.
- •Build and maintain a strong operating rhythm that keeps routine deliverables on track.
- •Drive capacity planning and portfolio balancing across the team.
- •Own hiring for open roles, ensuring the team's sub-regional coverage matches the AMER customer base.
- •Act as the single point of accountability for the customer, managing the full team member lifecycle.
- •Requirements Proven experience in customer success management.
- •Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- •Ability to manage complex, multi-product, multi-country customer relationships.
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- •Experience with global employment platforms is a plus.
